The confidential review form collects your name, company, role, work email, website (optional), approximate annual revenue band and a short description of what you would most like to improve. We also record the date and time of submission.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to assess whether the business appears to fit the mandate and to contact you about arranging a short confidential conversation. It is not used for marketing lists or automated profiling.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Access is limited to the people involved in reviewing enquiries and to the service providers that host the site and store submissions on our behalf.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to consider and respond to them, and for reasonable record-keeping. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by replying to our correspondence or by emailing board@rebuildboard.com.
Data storage, security and international transfers
Enquiry submissions are stored in a managed, access-controlled database hosted in the European Union, and the website itself is delivered through a global content delivery network. Some service providers may process limited personal data outside the United Kingdom where necessary, subject to appropriate safeguards. Access to submissions is restricted to the people involved in reviewing enquiries.
